The golden iSANO rules

Regular intake at an interval of 60 to 90 minutes
We recommend eating at least 10 to 15 portions at regular intervals throughout the day to avoid undersupply with energy. If you eat only 5 portions a day, for instance, your weight loss will not be bigger or faster! To the contrary, your metabolism would shift to emergency mode and slow down. If you do not eat bars at a regular basis throughout the day, you will also risk food cravings in the evening! Our body and our metabolism, respectively, will be best if we supply them with exactly the right dose and composition of nutrients. Not too much but not too little either – so you will avoid both low or high blood sugar.

Do not combine the bar with other food during an iSANO cure
You are advised not to combine iSANO with other food for optimum success – not even an apple! It is not about calories but about the optimum sugar level and metabolism which might get out of balance.

Alcohol harms twice
The liver is responsible not only for processing fat and converting fat to sugar but also for detoxification which is its top priority. If the liver is busy breaking down alcohol, it will not be able to break down and convert fat completely or at all. Alcohol thus has a double negative effect on the fat balance.

Control weighting always at the same time and under the same conditions

If you want to control your weight regularly, always do it at the same time and under the same conditions; for instance, in the morning either before or after bowel movement. Every person has the lowest weight in the morning and gains 0.5 to 2 kg during the day. This weight gain mainly is water. Variations between 0.5 and 2 kg are thus usually a result of liquids and not uncommon.
